First Clinical & Technical Services Ltd. uses Intellectual Property that formerly was registered to Ventracor Ltd. FC&TS Ltd has permission to use such IP granted by the Appointed Administrators, for the purposes of providing ongoing clinical and technical support for existing VentrAssist recipients.
Ethics
First Clinical & Technical Services Limited complies with the Eucomed Code of Business Practice. This Code shares many important characteristics with the US-led AdvaMed (Advanced Medical Technology Association) Code of Ethics on Interactions with Heath Care Professionals (more information). Where FirstClinTech clients are US-based we will comply with the requirements of both codes, in addition to all local laws.
